Open this file with a text editor and find (line 118ff):

function autoLinkTags( $content = '' ) {

$this->prepareAutoLinkTags();
}
// Shuffle array
$this->randomArray($this->link_tags);

by adding (in line 121) this :

$link_tags = $this->link_tags;

Your code here should look like this:
function autoLinkTags( $content = '' ) {
// Get currents tags if no exists
if ( $this->link_tags == 'null' ) {
$this->prepareAutoLinkTags();
}
$link_tags = $this->link_tags; // add in line 121
// Shuffle array
$this->randomArray($this->link_tags);

Now the keywords in your content should be linked to the tags archive.
